Account Executive / Accountant

Responsibilities: Review of subsidiaries’ monthly accounts, reporting packages and tax filing documents, and responsible for accurate and timely month-end closing and tax filing of subsidiarie Performance of variance analysis and preparation of key management financial reports Monitoring cash flows and capital requirements of subsidiaries Provision of guidance on accounting issues to regional subsidiaries Drafting of statutory financial statements Liaison with outsourced accountants, company secretary, auditor and tax consultant ofsubsidiaries Co-ordination of Group forecasting and budgetary process Maintain and ensure compliance to accounting policies, guidelines and internal controlsystems as laid down by Head Office GST Reporting for Singapore entity Full set of accounts for 1 overseas subsidiary and/or service center Review of oversea subsidiaries payment vouchers Assist in other financial matters as required Qualifications Min Degree in Financial Accounting or any relevant field. 3 to 5 years of working experience in accounting able to work on tight reporting deadlines able to start immediately other Working location : Benoi Place working day : 5 days work a week company transport pick up at Jurong East
