Restaurant Operations Manager

Possess strong communication, interpersonal and management skills Be reliable and have a trustworthy attitude Energetic, patient and positive attitude To provide direction to the operations staff Able to lead, work independently and in a team Able to get along well with the staff to ensure smooth floor operations Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents Management of shifts which include scheduling and planning of staff movement and performance Able to communicate with staff on their concerns and their well-being to create a well develop employee-friendly culture Ensure the restaurant adheres to food hygiene safety procedures Has patience and tactful when dealing with customers' complaints Ability to implement procedures to improvise system and service of the restaurant Checking of equipment in proper working condition Arrange for service and upkeeping of equipment according to the authority requirement To check and monitor the stocks of supplies Has knowledge to negotiate with suppliers Maintain the restaurant image, including the cleanliness and appearance standards Must be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
