Senior Clinic Assistant- Paediatric Clinic (6 Months Contract)

The Senior Clinic Assistant is at the forefront of care coordination and patient engagement. The Senior Clinic Assistant will be expected to cover both Clinical and Administrative work, assigned accordingly to support clinic operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure clinic is ready for operations before opening time (counter, dispensary room, treatment zones, consult name plates, etc.), and ensure proper closing after end of business hours. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of clinic, at counter, dispensary room, treatment zones and common areas. Manage reception duties and maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained Submit the Medisave/insurance claims applications. Perform general administrative duties Assist medical staff during their duty hours. Dispensing medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to prescriptions, under supervision. Manage inventory of dispensary items. Chaperone doctors who require assistance Any other duties as assigned by the Clinic In Charge REQUIREMENTS Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent At least 2 years in similar role in a clinic setting Good communication and inter-personal skills Excellent team player 5.5-day work week If you do not possess the above experience, your application will still be considered on individual merits and you may be contacted for other opportunities.
