Job Summary You will plan, coordinate and supervise the landscape maintenance operations on site. He shall be able to guide the Gardeners on technical work of landscape maintenance, horticulture and landscape implementation. Responsibilities Plan and manage routine and ad hoc landscape maintenance tasks, preparing schedules for turf, horticulture, and arboriculture works Coordinate and oversee irrigation system maintenance with subcontractors to ensure optimal function Prepare and submit detailed work completion reports and checklists monthly Maintain accurate daily records of inspections and completed scheduled work Inspect landscape plantings to identify pests, diseases, and soil conditions, then develop and implement effective treatment plans Monitor environmental issues such as erosion and execute appropriate remedial actions Supervise and provide technical guidance to ground personnel on pruning, irrigation, and fertilization tailored to site and plant conditions Plan and execute landscape implementation projects including layout and design Organize and coordinate project works to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with project plans Prepare project reports and cost estimates to support budgeting and planning Manage timely supply of plants and materials to meet project deadlines Supervise plant display setups for festive events and ensure maintenance throughout event duration Manage manpower, materials, equipment, tools, and machinery for efficient execution of routine and non-routine works Ensure proper site management and enforce operational safety standards Prepare comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate site hazards Submit all administrative documentation including safety records, work schedules, completion reports, and action plans Liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries, feedback, and requirements promptly and implement action plans Perform other related duties to support project success and operational excellence Required competencies and certifications Degree or Diploma in Horticulture & Landscaping Management or related landscaping industry qualification Minimum 5 years of strong technical experience in horticulture and arboriculture or at least 3 years in a management role within the horticulture or landscape industry Proficiency in MS Office applications for project documentation and communication Preferred competencies and qualifications ISA Certified Arborist qualification Other Information 5 working days per week
