In this role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring every order is delivered promptly, accurately, and with a warm mile. You will work alongside servers, and chefs to maintain a seamless dining experience during working hours. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in providing excellent service. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the guest tables in a timely and accurate manner Verify that each dish matches the order ticket before leaving the kitchen Communicate special requests, modifications, or allergy concerns clearly between kitchen staffs and front-of-house service team members Assist servers with table preparation, including restocking napkins, utensils, and condiments Monitor dining area for tables that need clearing, water refills, or additional service support Maintain cleanliness and organization of the busser area, pass-through window, and beverage stations Restock front-of-house supplies such as takeout bags, to-go containers, and disposable utensils during shifts Support closing duties, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, and organizing station equipment Alert management immediately to any food quality issues, spills, or safety hazards For Takeaway Orders, ensure that each dish matches the main order ticket and pack neatly with the condiment inside the thermal bag. Once all dishes are completed and packed, deliver to the takeaway counter.
