Carpenter Supervisor (Hands‑On Fixer) — Night Shift &Weekends We are seeking a hands‑on Carpenter Supervisor (Fixer) to lead and perform carpentry work on mall renovation projects. Key responsibilities Perform and supervise hands‑on carpentry tasks (millwork, fixtures, partitions, finishes) Lead small teams during night shifts and weekends; assign tasks and work alongside crew Read and interpret drawings, shop drawings and specifications Enforce mall renovation SOPs, quality standards and site safety procedures Manage materials, monitor progress, troubleshoot on site and report to project management Train, mentor and evaluate team members; liaise with mall management and subcontractors Requirements Minimum 4 years’ carpentry experience with proven hands‑on capability; prior supervisory experience preferred Willingness to work night shifts and weekends (required) Familiar with mall renovation standard operating procedures and mall‑specific requirements Strong woodworking, finishing and installation skills; able to use hand and power tools safely Good leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills We offer Work on high‑profile mall refurbishment projects Career development and supportive team environment
