Responsibilities About The Team Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to translate business strategies and objectives into scalable people strategies, organizational design, workforce plans, and HR roadmaps that support business growth, transformation, and operational excellence across global teams. - Coach and advise leaders on talent and organizational matters, including leadership effectiveness, succession planning, talent assessment, capability development, organizational effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics. - Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters, organizational risks, and policy governance; partner with Legal and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions. - Lead and support organizational transformation initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, location strategy, restructuring, headcount planning, and operating model optimization to improve organizational effectiveness and business outcomes. - Drive talent management and leadership development strategies, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, leadership development, and capability-building programs to strengthen talent density and leadership pipelines. - Leverage workforce analytics, people metrics, and organizational insights to identify trends, assess organizational health, inform strategic decision-making, and drive workforce planning and talent strategies. - Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement scalable programs and initiatives across talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, culture, performance, rewards, and organizational effectiveness to support business priorities. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner within a global high-technology, internet, or AI organization. - 2+ years of experience leading HR Business Partners globally. - Demonstrated experience supporting organizations of 500+ employees across 10+ countries and leading HR strategies in complex, geographically distributed environments. - Proven experience leading and developing teams of 5+ HR Business Partners, including driving team performance, capability building, and organizational impact. - Proven track record partnering with executives to drive organizational design, workforce …
