Job Summary Support the Planning Manager by coordinating architectural design detailing, resolving site issues, and ensuring quality and compliance for construction projects using BIM and effective stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities Coordinate architectural design detailing between clients and consultants to ensure alignment and clarity Review, update, and manage all architectural work including shop drawings to maintain project accuracy Resolve site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies and method statements to uphold quality and productivity using BIM software or equivalent Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors to prevent conflicts, disputes, and abortive work, ensuring smooth project execution Ensure all architectural works comply with specifications and authority requirements to maintain quality standards Schedule architectural works, manage material requisitions, control costs, supervise projects, and maintain documentation aligned with the Master Programme Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to support contract and procurement management Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals to facilitate smooth work transitions Inspect ongoing work, resolve issues, monitor rectifications, and coordinate submission and status updates of shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and materials Conduct routine inspections of installed works and maintain close communication with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors Coordinate preparations for QM/CONQUAS assessments and compile architectural documentation including as-built drawing submissions Required competencies and certifications Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably with CONQUAS/QM experience on PPVC or PBU projects Ability to interpret construction drawings and identify discrepancies Knowledge of relevant authority requirements such as BCA Effective teamwork skills Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with CONQUAS/QM on PPVC or PBU projects (not essential but preferred for project quality management)
