M&E Coordinator

Job Summary Support the M&E Manager and Project Manager by managing M&E subcontractors, supervising work progress and quality, preparing technical drawings and reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and standards for successful project execution. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive M&E engineering support to the M&E Manager and Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery Manage and coordinate with M&E subcontractors to maintain work progress according to schedule Monitor and supervise work progression and quality control to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations Attend project and progress meetings to align work with the master program schedule Prepare structural penetration shop drawings for approval to meet project specifications Oversee and guide M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work follows approved shop drawings, materials, and method statements Prepare accurate and detailed M&E progress reports with photographs as required for project documentation Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations Perform additional duties as assigned to support project objectives Required competencies and certifications Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or site coordination for building or civil projects with a main contractor Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong communication skills demonstrated by effective coordination and reporting in English Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player in a multidisciplinary project environment
