Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to walk-in customers and online enquiries to generate sales opportunities Assess trade-in vehicle condition, value, and market demand accurately to support pricing and sales decisions Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company through effective customer engagement and product knowledge Ensure customer needs and company standards are met by delivering tailored vehicle recommendations and service Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business objectives Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid Class 3 driving license, essential for test drives and vehicle handling Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate sales and results orientation with a proven track record preferred Have at least 1 year of experience in automotive sales or related roles preferred Exhibit high motivation and a self-starter attitude preferred Possess social media skills to enhance customer engagement and marketing preferred Other Information Benefits Competitive commission structure with potential earnings of $6,000 or more monthly, no cap Eligibility for profit-sharing payouts quarterly or annually Clear and transparent commission policies ensuring fairness and equity Working hours 10.00am to 6.00pm We look forward to your application!
