Construction Manager

Company: Construction Company Location: Singapore Position: Construction Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to oversee construction operations, manage workforce deployment, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise construction workers across multiple project sites. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site operations to ensure timely project completion. Allocate manpower efficiently based on project requirements. Monitor worker attendance, productivity, and performance. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and address their requirements promptly. Attend client meetings, provide project updates, and resolve operational issues. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality work within project timelines. Prepare manpower reports, project progress reports, and other operational documentation. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry with proven experience in worker management and client management . Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Good knowledge of construction practices, site safety, and Singapore MOM regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). A valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
