Company Overview We are construction company. Mainly we are doing electrical installation works and all kinds of renovation works. Job Summary Lead and supervise construction teams to deliver electrical installation and renovation projects on time, ensuring compliance with safety and electrical standards while maintaining effective communication with clients and contractors. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction workers to achieve project milestones and maintain high-quality workmanship Monitor project progress across multiple sites to ensure timely completion and adherence to schedules Enforce compliance with safety protocols by providing targeted training and conducting regular safety audits Ensure all electrical installation work complies with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to guarantee safe and reliable outcomes Plan project activities and allocate resources effectively to optimize workflow and meet deadlines Prepare detailed monthly site progress reports to inform stakeholders of project status and challenges Attend site meetings to facilitate smooth coordination among teams, clients, and contractors Communicate proactively with clients and contractors to arrange site inspections and resolve issues promptly Requirements: * Any Degree OR Diploma * Experience in Building construction works * Min 2 years of working experience in in Building Construction industry.
