Who We Are The Missing Piece is a homegrown Singapore womenswear label. We create thoughtful clothing inspired by Asian heritage for women who are building wardrobes with intention. We are founder-led, design-driven and growing steadily, with two boutiques in Singapore, a loyal community and an e-commerce business that ships worldwide. As one of the faces of The Missing Piece, you'll welcome customers into our studio, build lasting relationships with our community, and help each customer find their missing piece. Beyond serving customers, you'll also support the day-to-day retail operations that keep our stores running smoothly. Whether you're starting your retail journey or looking to grow with a local fashion brand, this role offers the opportunity to learn, contribute, and develop alongside a close-knit team. What You'll Do Customer Experience Create a warm, personalised shopping experience for every customer. Build genuine relationships by understanding each customer's needs and offering thoughtful styling advice. Help customers discover pieces they'll love for everyday life and meaningful milestones. Brand Representation Represent The Missing Piece with warmth, professionalism and thoughtfulness. Develop a strong understanding of our collections, craftsmanship and brand story so you can confidently guide customers. Help foster a welcoming studio environment that reflects our heart for our community and attention to detail. Retail Operations Support day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and stock takes. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an organised, inviting studio space. Pick, pack and fulfil online orders accurately and efficiently. Work closely with the operations team to ensure launches, events and daily operations run smoothly. Who You Are You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and creating meaningful customer experiences. Previous retail experience is welcomed but not essential—we value attitude, warmth and a willingness to learn. You communicate confidently, enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering excellent service. You're organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. You're proactive, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves to support wherever needed. Practical Details Location: On-site (New Bahru and Cluny Court) Working Schedule: Full-time Position: You will have a 5 day work week including minimally 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
