Store Manager

Location: Singapore Reporting to: Retail Manager We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing daily store operations, managing manpower planning, and driving team performance to achieve overall sales targets. Responsibilities Leading the team to achieve sales targets and budgets Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and foster strong customer relationships Drive staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations Handle customer enquiries and complaints, providing professional solutions and feedback Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimum stock availability Ensure merchandise displays and visual standards are in line with corporate guidelines Prepare staff rosters, sales reports, and other retail-related documentation Collaborate with internal departments, including Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, and Training when necessary Responsibilities: Minimum 8 years of retail sales experience in which at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial level; preferably in luxury retail industry Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficient in computer literacy Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an advantage Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays We offer attractive remuneration package, on-the-job training and career advancement opportunity to the right candidate.
