About this role

Responsibility Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for both local and foreign employee,attendance and leave management, etc Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll. Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation, including arrange for repatriation of workers Maintaining of personnel records and ensure recordings are up-to-date Liaise with government authority, i.e. MOM, IRAS, BCA, etc Any ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned Requirement Diploma in Human Resource or its equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Meticulous and organized especially with data. Able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. Knowledge of Infotech and ABSS software. Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
