Job Description & Requirements Job Overview We are looking for askilled Pipe Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for installing, assembling, fabricating, maintaining, and repairingpiping systems. You should be familiar with various piping systems and ensurethat all work adheres to industry standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Install and assemblepiping systems, supports, and equipment based on blueprints and technicaldrawings. - Measure, cut, thread,and bend pipes using hand or power tools and equipment. - Weld, braze, or solderpipes and fittings as needed to complete the installation. - Test piping systemsfor leaks using hydrostatic or other pressure testing methods. - Maintain and repairexisting piping systems by replacing damaged components or upgrading thesystem. - Adhere to safetystandards and ensure that all work is completed according to relevant buildingand safety codes. - Collaborate with otherteam members, engineers, and supervisors to ensure projects are completed ontime. - Perform routineinspections and preventive maintenance on piping systems. Qualifications: - Proven experience as aPipe Fitter or in a similar role. - Knowledge of pipefitting techniques and tools (welding, cutting, brazing, threading). - Ability to read andinterpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. - Familiarity withindustry standards and safety regulations. - Good physicalcondition and strength, able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces. - Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail. PreferredQualifications: - Experience withvarious types of piping materials, including steel, copper, and plastic. - Ability to work in afast-paced and high-pressure environment Requirement: - Minimum 2 (two) toyears’ experience in relevant field. - Must be able to workin day or night shift (if required) - Must be able to workin weekend or public holidays (if required) - Ready to work any timeif emergency.
