Job Scope: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products. Analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions Evaluate and select suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements Generate purchase orders accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures Monitor and track order status, communicating with suppliers to resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms for the organization Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all purchasing activities, including adherence to relevant regulations and industry best practices Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage budgets for procurement activities Track and report on purchasing expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance procurement strategies Job Requirement: At least Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Strong negotiation and communication skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Familiarity with procurement software and tools Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Effective communication and interpersonal skills Maintain high ethical standards in all procurement activities Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
