Shop Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities: Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees. Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store. Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints. Remove expired or damage products, replenish and rotations of products. Ensure that display space is fully stocked. Arranging of stocks First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to ensure that products are within shelves life. Other Ad-hoc duties Requirements: Min qualification High school diploma At least 3 yrs of work experience required 6-day work week/ shift work and must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays Service-oriented and a team player Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
