Safety Coordinator

🔹 Site Safety Management Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices Ensure compliance with WSH Act, regulations, and company safety policies Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure adherence to safety procedures 🔹 Risk Assessment & Control Assist in preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) Identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures Follow up on corrective actions for safety issues 🔹 Safety Training & Communication Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings Assist in site safety induction for new workers Promote safety awareness and good safety culture on site 🔹 Incident Reporting & Investigation Report all accidents, incidents, and near misses Assist in investigations and recommend preventive measures Maintain proper documentation and records 🔹 Compliance & Documentation Maintain safety records, reports, and inspection checklists Ensure proper permits-to-work (PTW) are in place before work starts Liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients on safety matters 🔹 Emergency Preparedness Assist in emergency response planning and drills Ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment Support evacuation procedures and site emergency response
