About this role

As a Customer Service & Operations Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting customer service operations, managing eGazette advertisement processing, coordinating invoicing and payment follow-ups, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process eGazette advertisement submissions for print publication, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Prepare and issue invoices to customers in accordance with established procedures Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers professionally to facilitate timely collection Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring the confidentiality of customer information Perform general administrative duties, including document management, filing, data entry, and correspondence Support the team with operational coordination and administrative tasks as required Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor Requirements Diploma/GCE A/O Level, Higher NITEC, NITEC or equivalent Preferably 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field. Entry level with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to delivering quality service Why Join TOPPAN NEXT?
