Job Summary Drive business growth by securing new clients and expanding revenue in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Freight Management services within a leading logistics company. Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Freight Management services to expand market presence Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by developing and converting new customer prospects Build and sustain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Contribute to corporate sales planning and strategy development to align with business goals Prepare and submit detailed proposals tailored to customer requirements to support sales efforts Respond promptly and follow up on customer enquiries and requests to ensure service excellence Communicate customer expectations clearly to internal teams and vendors to facilitate smooth operations Provide timely and accurate industry and customer intelligence to inform business decisions Monitor and ensure customers comply with credit terms to maintain healthy cash flow Required competencies and certifications Diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage and grow client relationships Other Information Benefits: 5-day work week Pleasant working environment Good staff welfare Attractive remuneration package Variable bonus & Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) Medical, dental & insurance benefits Car / Transport allowance
