Start with the most important and number each one separately) 1.Planning and Preparation: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan installationactivities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site preparation. 2.Equipment Inspection: Inspect equipment or systems prior to installation to ensure they meet specificationsand are in proper working condition. 3.Site Assessment: Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate installation requirements, including spaceconstraints, access points, and safety considerations. 4.Installation Supervision: Lead installation teams, providing guidance and direction to technicians,contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe installation processes. 5.Assembly and Configuration: Assemble and configure equipment or systems according to manufacturerguidelines and technical specifications, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality. 6.Testing and Commissioning: Conduct tests and commissioning activities to verify the functionality andperformance of installed systems, troubleshooting any issues or discrepancies as needed. 7.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure installations meet company standardsand customer requirements, conducting inspections and audits throughout the installation process. 8.Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards duringinstallation activities, promoting a culture of safety among installation teams. 9.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including documentation of materialsused, work performed, and any deviations from the original plan. Prepare reports for project managers andclients as required. 10.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering installations that meet or exceedexpectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally Requirements: (Indicate the qualifications, education, associated training, background knowledge, skills and attributes to perform the job competently) 1.Candidates with Railway experience will be preferred.2.Minimum 3 years experience in installation of electrical and communication infrastructures.3.Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent, preferred.4.Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.5.Willing to work outside of prime office hours as required.6.Self-motivated and Service oriented.7.Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
