Job Description TPC System Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and proactive Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to oversee workplace safety compliance and support our semiconductor and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and related regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment across all project sites. Work Location MICRON 18 ATTAP VALLEY RD, SINGAPORE 759910 Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, subsidiary legislation, and company safety policies. Perform site safety inspections and identify hazards to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures. Prepare, review and maintain WSH documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems. Organise and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety training. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and government authorities on WSH matters. Monitor subcontractors' compliance with safety requirements and company procedures. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with site safety rules. Prepare safety reports, inspection records and other regulatory documentation. Support internal and external safety audits. Carry out any other duties assigned by Management. Job Requirements Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM (Mandatory). Possess a valid Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent recognised qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant WSH experience in construction, engineering, or semiconductor projects. Good knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health legislation and MOM requirements. Experience in conducting Risk Assessments, incident investigations, and safety inspections. Familiar with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and safe work practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage (if applicable). Preferred Experience Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom or industrial construction projects. Experience working with main contractors and subcontractors. Knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System will be an advantage.
