Quality Assurance And Quality Control Supervisor

Job Descriptions Assist the QA Manager to liaise with customers concerning product specifications and quality issues. Update quality standards regularly in order to conform to customers' requirements. File and update QC testing records and/or reports. Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved. Access payment and variation works to client and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process. Communicate with the client, management, subcontractors and keep track of the progression of both main contract and sub-contract. Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account. Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to determine the impact of changes on project budgets and timelines. Any other adhoc tasks assigned by Superior. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent. More than 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good communication and negotiation skills
