We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Livestream Moderator to help create an engaging shopping experience for our customers. What You'll Do Moderate comments during TikTok and Facebook livestreams. Respond to customer enquiries about products, sizing, colours, pricing, promotions, and stock availability. Highlight important customer questions to the livestream host. Pin key messages, vouchers, and promotional announcements during live sessions. Remove spam and inappropriate comments to maintain a positive community. Keep the chat active and engaging by interacting with viewers. What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality. Fast typing and strong multitasking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Interest in fashion, social media, and e-commerce. Able to work weekends and night shifts 9pm- 12 midnight or during scheduled livestreams.
