Job Description We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Senior Human Resources Executive to join our team! As a Senior Human Resources Executive, we rely on you to : Handle full spectrum of HR operations, talent requisition, employee engagement, payroll and HR compliance. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned departments. Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll documentation/records. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Tripartite Guidelines, MOM regulations, and company policies. Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation. Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and government reporting where applicable. Organise employee engagement activities, recognition programmes, and wellness initiatives. We are looking for someone who : Min. 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry. Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and HR operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
