Sales Engineer

We serve major ship-owners, shipbuilders, oil rig builders, and industrial firms with quality equipment and expert solutions. Job Summary This role focuses on direct sales, marketing, and business development of marine and offshore products in regional markets and Southeast Asia. You will drive market growth and expand the company’s regional presence. Responsibilities Develop new customer accounts and manage existing relationships by assessing sales potential and actively following up on customer requirements Strategize and implement development plans and sales strategies for both new and existing regional markets Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions and products to meet those needs Plan, forecast, and achieve sales targets set by the Business Unit or Division Prepare quotations and manage stock planning to ensure compliance with company credit guidelines Collaborate with management to perform additional duties as assigned Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or the marine/shipbuilding industry Proven ability in market development within relevant industries Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation and drive Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes Positive attitude with strong motivation and hunger for success
