We have 6 centres across Singapore proving services supporting families in need. As we expand our services, we are looking for positive and like-minded individuals to join our Centralised Intake Team (East). About the Role Intake assessment of referrals Triaging intake referrals Risk assessment of cases Crisis intervention and case manage services for clients with risk concerns Candidate Requirements A. Technical competencies Degree in Social Work At least 3 years of relevant working experience Good command of English language B. Core Competencies: Ability in attending to and engaging with people, assessment of risk and needs, working with and linking with various community partners, crisis management C. Preferred achievements / characteristics: Diligence, integrity and resilience Passion for social work and social justice Adapts well to changes Good interpersonal and communication skills Good team player Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
