Air Export Executive

Responsibilities: Coordinate air freight import /export shipments from export freight booking, import shipment customs clearance and end delivery Handle documentations for all modes of air export shipments Preparation of export documents Communicate with direct clients/overseas partners and cater to their requirements and provide freight quotes and handle shipments Communicate with warehouse team regarding to shipment details. Handle end to end process of shipments Monitor and track shipment status, provide updates and resolve issues Maintain accurate records of air freight activities, including shipment details, costs, and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination of operations. Other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned Requirement Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline 2 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company Proficient in microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Words) Fast learners and independent
