About Us TAFA Holdings is a fast-growing education and enrichment group in Singapore, operating multiple brands across art, robotics, AI, and educational services with more than 20 campuses nationwide. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a hands-on and committed finance professional to support the Group CFO in finance operations, audit coordination, month-end closing, and finance process execution across multiple entities within the Group. This role provides broad exposure to group finance, retail/education operations, deferred revenue accounting, and business expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities Financial Closing & Reporting Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliations, and management reports Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions Support preparation of consolidated financial information Audit & Compliance Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and corporate secretaries Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents Assist in year-end audit and statutory compliance matters Follow up on audit queries and ensure timely completion Operational Finance Handle deferred revenue accounting and revenue recognition processes Support receivables monitoring, collections, and cash flow tracking Work closely with operations teams to ensure proper financial recording Assist in reviewing finance SOPs and internal controls Finance Execution & Process Improvement Support implementation of finance initiatives and process improvements Assist the Group CFO in executing finance and operational plans Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc finance projects Support system and workflow improvements where necessary Requirements Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent ACCA / CPA / CA Singapore qualifications or pursuing candidates are welcome Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience Experience in retail, education, enrichment, or multi-outlet environments preferred Exposure to deferred revenue accounting will be an added advantage Audit experience or ex-auditor background is preferred Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently Good analytical and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems What We Offer Direct exposure to Group CFO and management team Opportunity to work in a fast-growing and dynamic organization Broad exposure across multiple brands and business entities Career progression opportunities within the Group Hands-on involvement in finance transformation and operational improvements Salary & Benefits Salary range: S$4,000 – S$4,800 per month (depending on experience) Performance bonus Medical and annual leave benefits Career development opportunities Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Hands-on and execution-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment Able to coordinate effectively with auditors and internal stakeholders Willing to learn and grow into a larger finance role over time Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
