Customer Support (Telemarketing) (Part Time, Wfh)

You play the crucial role of supporting sales with responsibilities that cover: taking orders, mostly over WhatsApp and the occasional calls updating and amending orders in our ERP system coordinating with our finance and operations teammates to better serve our customers Skills required: Proficient and comfortable with technology and software (and have you own laptop) Proficient in English and Mandarin as many customers are not locals i.e. chefs, kitchen assistants, owners of food establishments) This is a part-time role. Students are welcomed to apply Work-from-home arrangement (training is conducted in the office during office hours, and work-from-home after training is completed) Minimum of 8 hours a week (4 hours on a weekend night)
