We're growing our sales team and looking for driven individuals to build client relationships and connect SMEs with the right funding options. This is a fully commission-based role. In exchange, commission is uncapped with no minimum sales target, so earning potential is entirely in your hands. This structure suits people who want direct control over their income and are comfortable with a performance-driven environment. No prior experience needed — full training and ongoing support provided. What You'll Be Doing Develop new client relationships with SMEs through outreach, cold-calling, and referrals Understand each client's financial needs and match them with suitable loan/funding solutions Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners on funding applications Follow proper advisory procedures and documentation in line with company policy Receive structured training and on-the-job coaching from day one What We're Looking For No experience required — we'll train you Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable with a target-and-reward sales environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Minimum: GCE 'O' Level Compensation 100% commission-based — no fixed base salary. No minimum sales target; commission is uncapped, so there's no ceiling on what you can earn On average, consultants close 2–3 cases per month New sales consultants typically earn $4,000–5,000/month once up and running Experienced performing consultants can earn $10,000–20,000/month First deal typically closes within the first 3 months — this is the ramp-up period while you build your pipeline and client relationships. Career Growth Progress to Team Lead to takes on mentoring and managing a small team of consultants, with override commission on top of personal sales — meaning income from both your own deals and your team's performance.
