Location : Spa Clinic @ Raffles City Shopping Centre Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner Answer all customer inquiries, both in-person and on the phone, in a timely and courteous manner Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Assist with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department or manager when necessary Process payments and issue receipts to customers (cashiering) Manage the company's correspondence and respond to emails in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized reception area Requirements: Experience as a receptionist, administrator, customer service representative or a similar role preferred Experience within a spa environment would be a plus point Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Able to work independently and in a team Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Open to all candidates who meet the skill requirements.
