Safety Coordinator (A&A Works)

Job Responsibilities Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), toolbox meeting records, and related documents Conduct toolbox meetings and site safety briefings Monitor workers’ PPE usage and safe work practices on site Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project team on safety matters Assist in accident / incident investigation, reporting, and corrective actions Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain site safety standards Attend site safety meetings, inspections, and audits Support overall implementation of company safety policies and procedures Requirements Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred Possess valid MOM-recognised WSH Coordinator certificate Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction and/or A&A works preferred Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and site safety practices Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with site personnel Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
