Finance Manager (Real Estate Private Funds)

A leading global real asset investment manager is seeking an experienced finance professional to support its growing Private Funds platform across Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities Manage the finance activities for private real estate and alternative investment funds across Asia Pacific. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports. Perform financial analysis and explain variances in business performance. Prepare consolidated accounts for funds, subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates. Work closely with fund managers on budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning. Prepare investor reports and support Group reporting requirements. Manage treasury and cash flow activities. Oversee statutory financial reporting, audits, tax and GST compliance. Support fund accounting activities, including NAV, distributions and waterfall calculations. Supervise and mentor junior finance team members. Requirements Degree in Accountancy with CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification. At least 6 years of accounting or finance experience. Strong experience in financial consolidation and statutory reporting. Experience in private equity real estate funds, REITs or fund management is preferred. Knowledge of fund accounting, including NAV and waterfall calculations. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP or IBM Cognos Controller is an advantage. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
