As part of our regional growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and recruitment channel expansion, with a primary focus on the China market. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, establishing recruitment partnerships, expanding talent sourcing networks, and supporting cross-border recruitment projects between Singapore and China. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Expansion • Develop and execute business development strategies to support company growth in the China market. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and recruitment channels. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends. • Support the company’s regional expansion plans and long-term growth initiatives.
