Job Summary The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in coordinating daily business operations across floral products and projects. This position will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, managing inventory levels, supporting project execution, and providing operational insights to improve business efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Floral Operations Management Oversee daily floral operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain product quality and availability. Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements. Sales Management & Analysis Track and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and revenue metrics. Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for management review. Support sales planning, forecasting, and business development initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and business performance. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and inventory movements across products and materials. Implement inventory control processes to minimize shortages, wastage, and overstock situations. Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate procurement activities based on demand forecasting and project requirements. Project Support Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities. Prepare project documentation, schedules, progress reports, and status updates. Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure project milestones are met. Support project costing, procurement, and resource allocation activities. Business Process Improvement Analyze operational workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvements. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support digitalization and automation initiatives across business operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, inventory, sales administration, or business analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
