Recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology ACMV, or its equivalent. Those with stronger experience will be considered for a supervisory role Possess technical knowledge in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and experience in BMS Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills Shift work may be required Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers’ enquiries, needs and complaints Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, ACMV systems, chiller and electrical control Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors’ work and documentation
