Electrical Engineer

Job Summary Support project execution by preparing and distributing sketch drawings, managing submission and RFI lists, coordinating approvals, and reporting progress with detailed documentation and compliance to electrical codes and standards. Responsibilities Prepare and distribute sketch drawings to drafters, clients, and main contractors to facilitate project clarity and execution Interpret project scope, plan submissions, obtain necessary approvals, and coordinate on-site execution to meet project requirements Maintain and verify submission lists for materials and shop drawings to ensure completeness and accuracy Manage and review Request for Information (RFI) submissions to resolve project queries efficiently Issue Method of Statement (MOS) and approved drawings to site Project Managers to support smooth on-site operations Compile progress reports using PowerPoint, including photos, location details, and test reports to track project status Prepare and submit electrical shop drawings in compliance with project specifications Maintain accurate records of submission lists for audit and tracking purposes Send email reminders and follow-ups to address shortfalls in architectural or structural drawings promptly Apply knowledge of electrical codes of practice (SS638, SS555, SS551, SS650, SS531) to ensure compliance in all documentation and submissions Utilize basic Greenmark knowledge to support sustainable project practices Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to facilitate coordination and information flow Preferred competencies and qualifications Basic Greenmark knowledge Good communication skills
