Roles & Responsibilities Understanding customer needs and provide information required to encourage a purchase. Consistently promoting and selling company products and services. Achieve the monthly sales target set by the Company. Organise and supervise shifts Coordinate and supervise all aspects of service, ensuring all customers have a positive experience Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the Retail industry preferably in a managerial role Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
