Position Overview We are seeking a Chinese-speaking HR Executive or Senior HR Executive with strong recruitment experience to support an elite international school's hiring needs and overall HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to talent acquisition and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. For more experienced candidates, additional responsibilities in HR operations, payroll, employee engagement, and HR administration may be assigned. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with school leaders and department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies. Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain talent pipelines for academic and non-academic positions. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the school's visibility in the talent market. HR Operations Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support the administration of employment contracts, confirmations, renewals, and HR policies. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal HR procedures. Additional Responsibilities (Senior HR Level) Support payroll preparation and coordination. Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics. Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation. Coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives. Organize employee engagement activities and team-building programs. Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
