Urgent!! Payroll Executive (West Area/Logistics / In-House Payroll)

Job Description Process the full monthly payroll cycle for approximately 500 employees accurately and on time. Process payroll-related changes, including new hires, salary adjustments, resignations, and final salary payments. Prepare and submit statutory payments and claims, including CPF, FWL, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, and government-paid leave claims. Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile payroll records with Finance. Maintain the HRIS, attendance and leave management system to ensure accurate payroll processing. Ensure payroll complies with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements. Prepare payroll-related reports, management reports, and information required for audits and regulatory submissions. Support HRIS/payroll system enhancements and process improvement initiatives. Respond to employee payroll enquiries and perform other HR and payroll-related duties as assigned. Requirement Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR function (HR Generalist preferred). Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll.
