Troubleshooting issues on cloud-scale or backbone networks. Deliver support for software defined networking services such as SDN, Azure Front Door (AFD), distributed denial of service (DDoS), domain name service (DNS) Express Route, etc. Track performance, minimize downtime and resolve bottleneck using SolarWinds / Azure Monitor. Standby on-call duties for out-of-hours support. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline Over 5 years of relevant work experience large scale data centre. Certification in CCNA / JNCIP are highly preferred. Programming languages: Kusto, Java, Python, Perl.
