Job Responsibilities: Provide overalltechnical support for production operations. Conduct equipment and processqualification activities as required. Develop and maintain SOPs, machinemanuals, and equipment-related documentation. Identify and drive process improvement,automation, and engineering projects to enhance productivity, improveoperational efficiency, and reduce costs. Oversee production control activities,including rework, scrap/loss disposition, process deviations, validationprotocols, new process implementation, and process changes. Manage, supervise, and develop technicaland engineering staff to support operational objectives. Coordinate with the Production team onmachine installation and facility layout planning. Maintain 5S practices within theworkplace. Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical &Electronic / Mechatronics / Robotics). Basic technical troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solvingskills. Good project management, planning and negotiationskills. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
