Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable Verify and process supplier invoices and petty cash claims Prepare payments through various methods Prepare monthly payment schedules and reconcile supplier accounts Maintain daily cash and bank records Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations Assist with monthly management account closings Handle phone inquiries from suppliers Prepare intercompany AR billings, where applicable Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration Min1-2 of relevant working experience in similar position HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, kindly send your resume in MS WORD format or please click on “Apply Now”.
