Customer Service Officer (Logistics / Warehouse / West Area)

Mon-Fri 8am - 5.45pm, 5 days work week Company transport provided Responsibilities Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders, and warehouse personnel for shipment readiness and delivery schedules. Assist and update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules promptly. Prepare and handle day-to-day documents for deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively with warehouse operation team to manage shipments (inbound/outbound) and resolve any issues that may arise during the process. Ensure seamless communication between the warehouse and customers to facilitate smooth operations. Verify and issue the billing summaries to customers. Prepare monthly reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and customer service. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and present findings to the Warehouse Manager. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to support the team and warehouse operations. Assist with monthly stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to the relevant personnel. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
