Senior Customer Service Executive (Insides Sales/ Manufacturing/ O&G/ West)

Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm Location: Tuas (Gul Circle MRT) Salary: Up to 5.5k + AWS + VB Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations. Follow up on quotations to secure customer orders. Process customer purchase orders (POs) and convert them into sales orders. Ensure customer orders are confirmed and processed accurately and on time. Provide excellent customer support before and after sales. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Monitor order progress and keep customers updated on delivery status. Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and business opportunities. Promote the company's products and services to existing and potential customers. Support pricing and costing reviews to improve order success rates. Assist in sourcing materials required for customer orders when needed. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare basic sales reports. Liaise with Finance on payment follow-up and outstanding invoices when required. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements. Requirements Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM). 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar role. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, industrial, or other technical industries is preferred. Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Operations.
