Highlights: 2-year contract (convertible to perm) 5 days work week, normal office working hour Great remuneration & benefits Great career progression Location: West Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Reporting, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, Offboarding). Manage and support system integrations and related activities. Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support. Analyze business requirements, evaluate solutions, and recommend best practices. Plan and execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Configure system solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with vendors where needed. Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and patch management. Prepare and distribute regular HRIS reports to stakeholders. Drive process alignment and standardization across regions. Manage vendor agreements and annual HR system budget. Execute mass data uploads and support audits. Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or IS-related major or focus. Demonstrated expertise in supporting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors, with a 3-5 years of hands-on experience across multiple modules including Employee Central Core, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Reporting, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, and Offboarding. Strong track record in diagnosing and resolving both functional and technical issues within the SuccessFactors environment. Technologically adept, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
