About this role

Job Responsibilities: HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, employee movements, HRIS updates, personnel records, HR documentation, and offboarding administration. Ensure HR documentation, employee records, and HR transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards. Maintain HR records, trackers, reports, and dashboards to support operational monitoring, reporting, and informed decision-making. Respond promptly and professionally to employee and manager enquiries, escalating matters where appropriate. Partner closely with HR team members and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless HR service delivery. Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment and talent acquisition activities as required, with recruitment serving as a secondary responsibility. HR Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Review and evaluate HR processes, workflows, and operating practices to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, consistency, service quality, and employee experience. Support the development, standardisation, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, SOPs, templates, forms, guidelines, and process documentation. Drive process improvements by identifying manual inefficiencies, closing process gaps, and strengthening operational controls while ensuring compliance with governance standards and HR best practices. Collaborate with the Regional HRIS team and internal stakeholders to optimise HR processes through existing HR systems, reporting tools, and approved technologies. Support HR process improvement and digital transformation initiatives by gathering business requirements, documenting current and future-state processes, preparing test scenarios, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting change management and user adoption. Provide practical operational insights and recommendations to enhance HR systems and processes, while working closely with the Regional HRIS team, which retains overall system ownership. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with HR colleagues to embed best practices and enhance operational excellence. HR Projects & Organizational Initiatives Support departmental, regional, and organization-wide HR projects aligned with business objectives and strategic HR priorities. Work collaboratively with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical, integrated, and timely HR solutions. Prepare and consolidate HR data, reports, presentations, process updates, and supporting documentation for project implementation, management reporting, and business decision-making. Coordinate and monitor assigned HR initiatives, ensuring project milestones, timelines, risks, and stakeholder deliverables are effectively managed. Maintain and update HR documentation to support ongoing operational improvements and project execution. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services. Candidates with more extensive relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Executive position. Hands-on experience supporting employee lifecycle administration, HR documentation, HR systems, and HR data management. Exposure to HR process improvement, workflow standardisation, process documentation, HR automation, HRIS enhancements, or HR project implementation will be an advantage.
