Location: Ubi Training Provided Sales Driven Basic + Transport Allowance + Commission + VB Job Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities and customer relationships. Canvass and secure new accounts (Hunter role). Manage B2B sales accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs. Provide support, information, and guidance to customers regarding logistics and freight forwarding services. Assist customers in resolving shipment-related issues promptly to minimize costs and service disruptions. Gather customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to address and resolve concerns. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain, preferably within the Freight Forwarding industry. Training Provided. Proven ability or strong desire to achieve sales targets. Possess a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude. Strong hunter mentality with excellent business acumen.
